La CTE tiene como función dirigir, monitorear y supervisar los programas técnico operativos, como los programas educativos individuales de los estudiantes y de las familias, coordinar las actividades educativas con las familias, con escuelas, la comunidad y las empresas para la participación e inclusión de los estudiantes.
Los Programas Educativos
El Centro cuenta con Programas Educativos para estudiantes de 0 a 18 años.
Cada estudiante tiene un Programa Educativo Individual que va acorde con sus necesidades y la de su familia; además se ajusta a las actividades que debe realizar el estudiante, considerando su edad cronológica y equiparar la funcionalidad con los pares de su edad.
Programa de Educación Temprana: De 0 a 2 años
Está dirigido a infantes que tienen un diagnóstico clínico previo o que aún sin tenerlo se encuentran en alto riesgo.
Se enseña a las familias cómo estimular las diferentes áreas del desarrollo de su hijo en las actividades cotidianas.
Las familias asisten con sus hijos a sesiones grupales de 2 horas.
Estas sesiones grupales brindan la oportunidad de compartir experiencias y apoyarse unos con otros.
Programa de Inclusión a la Vida: De 3 a 18 años.
El programa consiste en enseñar habilidades acordes a la edad, a las necesidades del estudiante y a su entorno, en situaciones cotidianas y naturales.
Los estudiantes se asignan en aulas por grupos de edades. La selección de las habilidades y conductas a enseñar se basan en los resultados de la evaluación funcional.
Los estudiantes acceden progresivamente a otros métodos alternativos que facilitan sus habilidades de comunicación como lecto-escritura, tecnología de información y comunicación, arte, entre otros.
Asisten de lunes a jueves en horario matutino o vespertino.
Programa de Inclusión Escolar: De 3 a 16 años.
Este Programa está proyectado para los estudiantes que han adquirido las habilidades necesarias para ser incluidos en horario parcial o completo, en un aula de educación regular que corresponda a su edad cronológica.
La inclusión escolar incluye asesoría y monitoreo al maestro de la escuela regular, al estudiante incluido y a los compañeros de aula.
Programa de Empleo con Apoyo: De 14 a 18+
Este Programa consiste en la adquisición de destrezas y habilidades laborales que les permitirá la inserción laboral con o sin apoyo.
estudiantes se capacitan para desplazarse desde sus hogares hacia los lugares de entrenamiento; se perfeccionan en las tareas que deben realizar; aprenden a compartir con compañeros de trabajo y superiores.
Programa de Escuela Intensiva para Familias: De 3 a 18+
Este Programa está dirigido a los padres o tutores de niños y jóvenes con habilidades diferentes que aún no han adquirido las habilidades para integrarse en las aulas del Centro.
El Programa consiste en una sesión grupal de 2 horas cada semana en donde se capacitan a las familias modelando procedimientos y llevándolos a la práctica.
El énfasis de la enseñanza es el enfoque en las habilidades funcionales del estudiante, el trato como a cualquier persona y el manejo de conductas inapropiadas.
Programa de Capacitación a Familias
Este Programa está dirigido a todas las familias de los estudiantes. Durante las capacitaciones se espera contar con la asistencia de la mayor cantidad de miembros de la familia: padres, abuelos, hermanos, tíos, niñera, tutores, entre otros.
Las familias se capacitan en los procedimientos que los especialistas aplican en aula, para que puedan dar continuidad a la educación de sus hijos en casa.
Los Entrenamientos en Casa
Las familias dan continuidad a la educación de los estudiantes en casa.
Durante los entrenamientos en casa, los especialistas evalúan, ajustan y capacitan a los padres, modelando el procedimiento y haciendo que cada miembro de la familia lo practique con el estudiante.
Estos entrenamientos se realizan 4 veces al año para las aulas de CASPAN y dos veces al año para los programas de Escuela Insensiva para Familias, Inclusión Escolar y Educación Temprana.

Our website implements the ARIA attributes (Accessible Rich Internet Applications) technique, alongside various different behavioral changes, to ensure blind users visiting with screen-readers are able to read, comprehend, and enjoy the website’s functions. As soon as a user with a screen-reader enters your site, they immediately receive a prompt to enter the Screen-Reader Profile so they can browse and operate your site effectively. Screen-reader optimization: we run a background process that learns the website’s components from top to bottom, to ensure ongoing compliance even when updating the website. In this process, we provide screen-readers with meaningful data using the ARIA set of attributes. For example, we provide accurate form labels; descriptions for actionable icons (social media icons, search icons, cart icons, etc.); validation guidance for form inputs; element roles such as buttons, menus, modal dialogues (popups), and others. Additionally, the background process scans all of the website’s images and provides an accurate and meaningful image-object-recognition-based description as an ALT (alternate text) tag for images that are not described. It will also extract texts that are embedded within the image, using an OCR (optical character recognition) technology. To turn on screen-reader adjustments at any time, users need only to press the Alt+1 keyboard combination.
